To all my familiar faces, sending out a big hug – hey guys, love you tons!

For the newcomers, I’m Jen Miller, your go-to gal pal if you need a shoulder. Dang near all my friends crack the joke that I’m their therapist, though I am not an actual therapist. lol… My superpower just happens to be empathy, BUT it’s also been my kryptonite… (More on that later…) I am a VERY proud wife, and momma bear to five amazing kiddos, spanning from our baby at 7 right up to that brand new doorstep of adulthood at 21. And if that wasn’t enough joy in my life, I’m also a brand-spankin’-new Gigi to the most gorgeous little grandbaby, Everly. Becoming a grandmother? It’s been nothing short of pure magic. ✨

Twenty-one years….

Yup, you read that right – I’ve been a stay-at-home mom for almost twenty-one years…

Every single day has been a testament to the love and responsibility I feel for these souls I’ve been blessed with.

Did I wake up every morning singing with the birds, thrilled for the day ahead? Oh, if only! But here’s the raw truth — it’s been a rollercoaster of sublime peaks and swirling depths, nearly every day of those two decades. And you know what?

I did most of it in silence…

This silence is something I’m ready to shatter, which is why I’m turning this little corner of the internet into a collective haven.

Between the outrageous joy and the silent struggles, there’s a whole lot of life that I want to unpack with you. My number one mission for this space? To amplify the whisper that you are never alone. No mother here will struggle in isolation, no mother will stumble into a pit of despair with no helping hand to pull her out. This is a fortress of non-judgment, shame-shattering honesty, and yes – a guilt-free zone. That mom guilt all of us know all too well? We’re ditching it. It’s time to eradicate that needless burden we shoulder.

Here, we’re locking our arms together. No one is meant to walk their path without company, without sisters who whisper, “I’ve got you. We can do this.” And while I’m at it, I’ll be peeling back the layers of my own story, hoping you’ll find fragments of your own within mine.
